Rich and I have officially started our business.

We have been coaching and teaching for  a year and

have decided to do it full time.

Coaching    

               

               ~ This will be as little or as much as you need to get started.  We will do it online, by phone or in your home.  We can even go with you to shop or shop for you.

As little Raw or as much Raw as you choose.

Raw Chef 101 Foods-  Learning to prepare more foods, and choosing what foods to buy
