The girls love to make Nori Rolls.  It is fun and they can put on them anything they like.  This is usually what goes on.  Sometimes we make an almond paste with garlic that is good too.

We use Organic Pacific Nori sheets.  The girls like them plain also and they are a great source of Iodine among other things.

Anytime I can get the girls in the kitchen, I do.  It is fun for me to have them but helps them to appreciate working with whole foods.

And then a yummy Green Juice Smoothie.  I juice the leafy greens so they are easier for our bodies to digest.
This one is Kale, Wheatgrass, Celery, Apple, Mango, Banana and Spinach.  :)
